Shipping Information

Our products and cards from breaks are shipped from Hungary. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

For customers in Hungary, there is an option for FOXPOST home delivery or delivery to a parcel locker. All packages are carefully and securely assembled. After dispatch, packages generally arrive in EU countries within 1-3 business days. For countries outside of Europe (e.g., America or Canada), delivery takes 4-5 business days.

Once the package has been dispatched, we will send you an email notification with tracking information. If you've ordered to a parcel locker, you'll receive an SMS with instructions on how to collect your package.

We cannot be held responsible if the package is damaged due to an error by the shipping company, but we will, of course, assist all our customers. In such cases, we will contact the company regarding potential compensation.
