Pre-order Policy

re-ordering allows you to purchase a product before it's officially released. The process is the same as for products that are in stock, but the key difference is that you won't receive the item until it arrives at our warehouse.

Pre-ordering ensures you get the product at or near the time of its release. This is especially beneficial for limited-edition items, which have a restricted quantity available and therefore a lower chance of being purchased once they're officially released.

Your pre-ordered item will be shipped as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. If you place an order that includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, the entire order will not be shipped until all items are available. If you'd like to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for them.

By pre-ordering, you agree to the current price of the product. We won't charge you more if the price increases, and we won't refund you if the price decreases.
